Overall, Im pretty ok with myself. Im sick though, and thats never fun. Allergies, cold, flu...not a clue what it is, I just feel bad. But, I am emotionally good. Logan is off at uni, and all settled, and im glad about that. That has put my (well, both of ours) mind to rest alot. School for myself is ok. Only 3 classes this semester, thank goodness...and its all liveable.

Besides feeling shoddy, I have written my first artical for the newspaper here. It was on cheerleading...not my favorite topic...nor the most exciting, but I liked it. Yes, I had a panic attack when I realized I botched the 1st interview with the coach, but I fixed it, and thats all right. Now what happens? I get in a class full of democrats and republicans and they want to do a centerfold artical on the election. Unbiasism? In journalism? no! So, the editor tells everyone to shut up about bush/kerry and askes for someone who doesnt give a flip who wins the election. That leaves only me. Wanna know why? They are both liars and politicans not to be trusted. Needless to say, I got the artical. Its going to be an intresting one.

Chemistry is ok, its livable. I should of took it last year...would have less to do this year. But its ok, except for the occasional moronic lab partner. And English is nice, we are studying the canterbury tales and I like it so far. Though I have to admit...my teacher was willingly making us suffer by watching Camelot: The Musical with richard harris. It is 3 and a half hours of torture. (not that anyone but Logan and Jonah read this anyway) But it is good besides that.

I need some hot tea or something...and some good music.

A sleeping child so tenderly cared,
Not for what is seen, only for what is there.
The child ascended to the heavens above,
He made his mark in life, his goal was done.

He left footprints in the heart of a family,
He showed them what it meant to really love.
He was created by the trust two people shared,
And by that his journey was begun.

Upon his arrival to this earth,
He looked up at his mother with eyes so dear,
As if he was telling her
Just exactly why he was here

She held him close to her breast
An extension of her heart
She already loved her son
Never wanting to be apart

His father laid him down gently
And tucked him in tight
With that, the father said
‘I love you my son, goodnight.’

The father watched his child
As he fell asleep
The only thing the father could do
Was wonder how he could feel this love so deep

‘It is my child’, he said
‘God hath given me release’
He continued to watch
The innocent child sleeping in peace

As the child grew in size,
He grew in the hearts of his parents.
They cared and loved his greatly
His time of earth was near an end.

A year and a fortnight
After the first coming of this child
It was time to go to his true home
To be with God’s angels white.

An angel came to the child’s crib
Took the child in a glow of white light
‘You’re going home, to your heavenly Father’
And from then on, the child knew of no night.

A child so sleeping tenderly cared
Laid the footprints of love
This could not be done
Except when arranged by our Lord above

I was going though my CD's today, and I stumbled upon one that I have never seen before. It was on a disk that I have never used. Not my brand anyway. It was made up of songs, so I decided to listen to them to see where I coudl of gotten this disk. Well, it turned out to be a various songs CD's. I know I have plenty of those...but, I havent heard of half the songs on this disk. All of the songs are Track1, Track2, ect...up to 20. 20 songs, and half of them I cant identify. I have *no* idea where I got this CD.

20. To Where you are - Josh Groban
1. Trouble - Coldplay
3. My December - Linkin Park
4. 03' Bonnie and Clyde - Beyonce Knowles
7. It's Only a paper moon
8. My girl
9. Seeing Red - Unwritten Law
10.I will remember you - Sarah McLachen
11. These Are the days - Sarah McLachen
12. You've Got a Way - Shania Twain
13. I hope you dance - LeAnn Womack
14. Adia - Sarah Mclachlan
15. To Life - Fiddler on the Roof
16. Giants in the Sky - Into the Woods
17. Some foreign song...sounds like the woman is saying "spring time" japanese maybe...
18. Definitally japanese song I know! I just...dont know where from.
19. The Boxer - Paul Simon

Yes, some of those are definitally mine. I hope you dance, To Life, To where you are...and I will even claim the Coldplay because I used to have a CD of theirs. But...Its only a paper moon? Ive never heard of it! It reminds me of a piper...a girl I used to chat with online. Except her name was Piper Moon. No idea. The Japanese, I could blame on Logan. Sorry ;) But Beyonce? I cant stand rap. And that is a very nasty song.

Linkin Park...MAYBE. Highly doubtful that is mine. The Boxer? Ive never heard the song before. The ones where the numbers are midding I couldnt even identify. They were rap or something and I couldnt understand the lyrics well enough to google them and find out the song. It is just very odd. Where on earth did I get these songs?
